“We are all about creating meaningful connections –with our people, our customers, and communities. While we love technology, we also care about people. We don’t measure our social impact by ‘likes’ or hits online, we measure it by lives improved. That’s why we are blending business with philanthropy to create positive social impact wherever we are present. Our intelligence drives innovation, while our empathy fosters meaningful connections. Our people build a future where technology and compassion go hand in hand, creating lasting positive change.”
Infobip’s Social Impact Program embodies the company’s core values, driving meaningful change through its philanthropic efforts. In 2024, the Program raised 121.841,3 € in donations, reinforcing its commitment to making a tangible difference in communities worldwide.

From painting schools to restoring local nature areas, employees collaborated with more than 20 organizations in 2024, contributing their time and skills to improve their communities.
Infobip’s Social Impact extends beyond time—through various initiatives the program raised 121.841,3 € in donations, further solidifying its dedication to supporting important causes. By establishing partnerships with organizations, as well as monetary and in-kind donations through its products, the Program is making a meaningful impact in communities all around the world.
Throughout the year, Infobip’s Social Impact Program supported more then 90 organizations, including schools, universities and non-profit organizations, to fund projects across key categories: Education, Environment, STEAM, Disability support, Hospital Support and Humanitarian Aid. Among these, humanitarian projects made up the largest share, demonstrating the company’s commitment to addressing urgent community needs. The company is deeply committed to providing swift support in the wake of devastating natural disasters. In response to devastating floods in Spain and Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2024, Infobip contributed donations to aid affected communities.
In 2024, Bosnia and Herzegovina experienced the most devastating floods in its history. On that same day, we launched an internal fundraising effort in the office, and within a week we raised a significant amount which was later matched by Infobip. Our impact went beyond financial support — we came together, volunteered, and directly helped in the affected areas. That moment of unity, doing something meaningful, left a lasting impact on us just as much as it did on the local community.

Education and STEAM initiatives have always been a focal point of Infobip’s Social Impact Program, making up nearly 30%of all projects. Recognizing the power of education in shaping the future, in 2024 Infobip invested more then €40,000 in education and STEAM-related initiatives. In 2024, more than 187 laptops, monitors and other IT equipment were donated to schools, universities, and nonprofit organizations, ensuring that digital access is available to those who need it most.
Environmental responsibility is one of the Program’s priorities as well. In 2024, Infobip employees participated in numerous volunteer initiatives, from beach cleanups in Croatia to mangrove tree planting in Malaysia.
When I was 16, a kind stranger showed me an act of generosity that supported my education and ultimately shaped the path of my life. When you donate to help young generations, those kids remember. I was able to build a future thanks to this act of kindness, and many others will do the same. So when we ask ourselves, ‘Will they remember? Will they make something of their lives?’—the answer is yes. Many of them will.

We took children from a nearby social center on a fishing trip to show them how diverse the world really is. It was an opportunity for them to explore different skills and interests, helping them realize that the lifestyle and challenges they witness at home are not the only paths they can choose in life. The idea was to show them that there are other possibilities — there is hope. The best kind of support we can offer is the kind that unlocks children’s potential and helps them believe in themselves.
